Used Car Wash Parts Cleaners Immersion Detergent Tank Removable Transducer Packs
Our immersible transducer is custom designed for your particular application and tank size. It can be incorporated into existing tanks of any size and converted it into ultrasonic tank. It is controlled by our unique Pulse Swept Please contact us for specific information on how we can create one for your Immersible Transducer needs.
The range of immersible transducers come in various sizes ultrasonic powers and operating frequencies. We can select the size you need based upon your cleaning requirements and tank size. The immersible ultrasonic transducer systems are portable and can be moved from one tank to another if required. They are most suited to when you have already a tank installed in your production process or we can supply the complete system including the tank.
Immersible ultrasonic transducers are designed for use in new or existing cleaning tanks to improve the speed and effectiveness of rinsing cleaning and other processes. Single or multi- module units can be custom designed for tanks of any size.
Common configurations:
Since submersible ultrasonic boxes are most commonly added to existing stainless steel and other metallic based tanks, the boxes and ultrasonic power are made to fit such tanks. We can easily make our immersible ultrasonics into any tank configuration sizing required for your application with little to no additional custom size pricing.
Brief Introduction of the immersible ultrasonic transducers:
Immersible ultrasonic transducers are sealed stainless steel enclosures which allow for adding ultrasonics to parts cleaning new tanks or adding onto existing tanks, equipment and systems.
The number and placement of the submersible ultrasonic cleaning transducers is primarily determined by the volume of liquid in the tank, geometric layout of the existing tank, and load size of the parts. Depending on the size of the tank and parts cleaning application, the Watts of ultrasonic power per gallon or Watts/gal can vary from 30 to 100+ W/gal.
Immersible ultrasonic transducers do not require attachment to the tank (other than to hold them in position) to function efficiently. As a result, transducers can be moved from tank to tank and positioned as required for special applications when needed. Various mounting options are shown below.
Enhance Your Cleaning Process With immersible transducers
Deep cleaning ultrasonic immersible transducers give you the ability to add the ultrasonic advantage to your existing cleaning application. We bond and wire the immersible transducer inside a durable stainless steel container, and seal it with a stainless steel lid. This gives you the ability to "drop-in" transducers to an existing tank or application.
Ultras Wave Explanation
Pressure waves generated by high-frequency sound waves create micron-size bubbles in the aqueous cleaning solution. This bubble is shown just before implosion, which releases a tremendous amount of energy for cleaning

Q. "Will ultrasonic cleaning remove the contaminants on my parts?"
A. The answer to this question relies almost entirely on the bond strength between the part, and the contaminant. If the contaminant has no physical or chemical bond to the surface, then ultrasonic cleaners will capable of removing it. However, if the contaminant has a strong bond to the part, such as that found with burned carbons, then a detergent must be selected which will have the ability to loosen the bond to a degree where the ultrasonic cleaner can easily remove it. This is why the use of proper cleaning fluids is so important in the ultrasonic cleaner.
