High Power Ultrasonic Washing And Rinsing With Automatic Covers Ultrasonic Car Radiator Cleaning Machine
AGSONIC Ultrasonics manufactures large ultrasonic cleaners for the cleaning of heavy and big components with light or heavy contamination. Large tanks are usually required to clean parts such as:
Plastic Injection Molds
Aerospace components
Large batches of smaller parts
Bulk rebuilding of firearms
Heat Exchangers
Engine blocks
AGSONIC ultra sonic cleaning of all parts old and new prior to assembly of the engine. This Ultrasonic Cleaning Method is long known as the "benchmark" in cleaning. Ultrasonic cavitation is able to clean right down to the surface of a part and beyond. It is also able to reach internal areas, which are not accessible by using other cleaning means including spray and mechanical agitation. The forceful nature of ultrasonic energy provides the physical "push" required to break the mechanical and ionic bonds that hold very small particles to surfaces.
Ultrasonic Cleaning of Engine Parts, Car engine parts, Truck engine parts and Motor bike engine parts
Our Ultrasonic cleaning process, can effectively clean the following components- Aluminum castings, engine blocks, Carburetors, Cylinder Heads, Engines, Engine Components, Gear Boxes, Filters, Tubes and Valves.
Automatic Ultrasonic Oil Cleaner For Brake Cylinders Truck Cylinder Heads
The Engine Parts division specialises in the Ultrasonic Cleaning of Engine Parts, Car engine parts, Truck engine parts and Motor bike engine parts to both trade customers and individuals .
Our Ultrasonic cleaning process, can effectively clean the following components- Aluminum castings, engine blocks, Carburetors, Cylinder Heads, Engines, Engine Components, Gear Boxes, Filters, Tubes and Valves.
AG Engine block ultrasonic cleaning machine are revolutionizing cleaning methods and processes on the automotive and mechanic shop floor, our Engine block ultrasonic cleaning machine can clean all kinds of automotive, aircraft, and marine engine parts, ultrasonic technology for cleaning parts eliminates manual labor while providing you with superior cleaning action, most parts can be cleaned with environmentally friendly water-based solutions
Ultrasonic cleaning machines work on the principle of agitating cleaning solvents using high frequency sound waves, the ultrasonic agitation creates millions of microscopic bubbles that implode releasing vast quantities of energy, this action, know as cavitations, dislodges any contaminant stuck to the surface of a part, ultrasonic cavitations thoroughly cleans every surface in contact with the cleaning fluid

How Ultrasonic Cleaners For Car Engine Work?
Ultrasonic cleaner for auto parts consists of a wide stainless steel tank which can hold safe and biodegradable ultrasonic cleaning solution for advanced cleaning results.
When the device is turned On, the powerful transducer in the machine develop millions of microscopic bubbles in the cleaning solution. These bubbles implode with tremendous force by contacting the car engine parts. And in the process all type of grease, dirt, grime, and carbon deposit is stripped off completely without any damages.
After completing the cleaning process, you need to rinse and dry off the auto parts to make it ready for re-assembling. Overall, making use of ultrasonic cleaners makes your job easy and fast. You should get one now if you do not use it yet for cleaning car engine parts.
Although there are many smaller versions of ultrasonic cleaner for car engine parts available in the market, an ultrasonic cleaner with bigger tank is mostly preferred for professional cleaning and repairing. This will help you to use the cleaner for cleaning various bigger engine parts with much ease
Engine Block Ultrasonic Cleaning Effect .
Q. "Will ultrasonic cleaning remove the contaminants on my parts?"
A. The answer to this question relies almost entirely on the bond strength between the part, and the contaminant. If the contaminant has no physical or chemical bond to the surface, then ultrasonic cleaners will capable of removing it. However, if the contaminant has a strong bond to the part, such as that found with burned carbons, then a detergent must be selected which will have the ability to loosen the bond to a degree where the ultrasonic cleaner can easily remove it. This is why the use of proper cleaning fluids is so important in the ultrasonic cleaner.
Q. "Which ultrasonic frequency would be most appropriate for my application?"
A. This depends upon many factors, including part size, contaminant, material of construction of the part, and others. Traditionally, the heavier the part, the lower the ultrasonic frequency in use. The more detailed the part, the higher the frequency which should be used. This is one of the advantages of our ultrasonic cleaner, which includes more than 1 frequency in the same tank. allows us to provide scrubbing power, without sacrificing penetration and detailed scrubbing action.
Q. "Do parts need to be rinsed after ultrasonic cleaning?"
A. Yes. Since detergents are used in the ultrasonic cleaning bath, these detergents must be removed before it dries onto the surface of the parts, leaving a residue of detergent behind. For some rare applications, such as the automotive industry, this is acceptable. However, the majority of AGSONIC customers would find detergent residues unacceptable. Also, if parts are rinsed in tap water, water spots from the minerals in the water will be present after drying. If this spotting is unacceptable, then rinsing in deionized water will be required.
